Amerikan Spor Parke Sistemi
AMERICAN TYPE SPORTS PARQUET SYSTEM SPECIFICATION
MODEL: SCISSOR-LOC-
Natural Ventilation Natural Protection
It owes its fame to the combination of its surface providing fast movement with its shock absorption and surface energy carrying properties. The feature sought is providing fast movement is an excellent choice.
Scıssor-loc perfectly meets the qualities we are looking for thanks to improved impact absorption and reduced surface energy transfer without loss of speed.
When a gym needs to alleviate ongoing humidity problems, the most suitable system for you is Scıssor-loc Airflow systems. Scissor-loc air flow systems provide a unique performance to athletes as well as preventing the damage of moisture to your flooring thanks to natural and mechanical air flow.
Moisture trapped between the concrete floor and the wooden parquet often causes jams and separations in the floor system. The sub-floor with double-cross direction air flow designed with Scissor-loc performance engineering solves the problems caused by excessive moisture with a kind of natural ventilation.
The scissor-loc floor system is also advantageous in that it has a sub-system that allows double cross-directional air flow. The double cross-directional airflow greatly reduces the floor jamming and opening due to the change of humidity.Scissor-loc floors also have the ability to absorb static weights. Its solid substrate provides an equal amount of sample in the whole system with all its components. Scissor-loc sports ground systems also provide perfect flexibility with its closed cell foundation, as well as ensuring moisture protection property.
IMPROVED IMPACT ABSORPTION AND DEFORMATION CONTROL:
Scıssor-Loc performance engineering sub-floor provides maximum absorption of the impact response from occurring in an area other than the area exposed to the impact. When an athlete lands on the ground after jumping, 59% of the impact he causes is absorbed by the ground, while it is possible that another athlete will stop suddenly. Less than 15% occurs at a distance of 20 inches, which is the distance.
USED IN THE SYSTEM
MATERIALS:
a) (6 mil) polyethylene cover as a moisture barrier,
b) Flexible special foam ¼ (6mm) thick closed-cell flexible foam with a density of 1.7-2 pounds,
c) Moisture resistant (50mm) parcel tape,
BOTTOM LAYER:
d) free length timber made of pine, spruce or fir wood (treated) in ¾ (19mm) x5'1 / 2 (140mm) dimensions, laid in two layers,
e) Staple nails (25mm) in length for fastening,
f) Special cane nail in the size of 4.8 mm-5.0mm for fixation. (reverse angled serrated L nail)
g) wall base (Skirting) (specially made of rubber (76mmx101mm) sized (black or brown) ready-to-use product with grooved back,
h) Floor surface Hard maple (Maple) Dimensions 25 / 32x2-1 / 4 (20mmx57mm) or 25 / 32x1-1 / 2 (20mmx38mm) 2nd class (second & beter grade) northern hard maple wood parquet,
i) POLISH: Polyurethane based primer and polish,
k) GAME LINES: It is drawn with a paint compatible with polyurethane lacquer.
l) APPLICATION
6mil thick) polyethylene cover is laid on the ground to be a moisture barrier and the joints are taped with moisture resistant tape.
A special flexible closed cell 1.7-2 (pount) density (6mm) foam is laid on this cover at a 25 degree angle (for guidance) and the joints are taped with a moisture resistant tape.
Upon this application, as the first layer (19mmx140mm) specially treated laths made of pine, spruce or fir are laid on the foam guided with tape by spacing 12 cm at an angle of 25 degrees.
By giving a reverse angle as the 2nd layer (at an angle of 22-25 degrees) and diagonally on 1 layer of laths, this time with a 6cm interval and using a special air gun, 25mm staple nails are fixed. (The joints are fixed to the timber in the lower layer due to the size of the timber correspondingly)
After this application, Measures 25 / 32x2-1 / 4 (20mmx57mm) or 25 / 32x1-1 / 2 (20mmx38mm) 2nd class (second & beter grade) northern hard Maple wood parquet, (Akçaagac) Compressor and again using a special air gun 4, 8-5,0
long, 4mmx1.5mm thick, inverted angled serrated L-shaped cane nail is fixed to the timber in the lower layer with approximately 12 cm intervals.
Note:
If necessary, depending on the local humidity, certain intervals are left when laying the parquets to allow room for expansion. A 1-1 / 2 ”(38mm) space will be left on the wall edges as an expansion around the entire floor.
FINISH: It is sanded with thick, medium and fine sandpaper with the scraper machine, and a smooth surface is obtained. The scraper dust that comes out is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.
The entire floor is carefully examined and checked that it is clean and absolutely dust-free so that it can be polished.
2 layers of approved primer application and 2 layers of approved polish are applied.
Fine sanding (buffing) and cleaning process is performed between each layer of operation.
GAME LINES,
The agreed game lines are drawn between the primer and the varnish. The colors requested by the administration are applied as color.
INSERTING SKIRTING:
Skirtings in the specified dimensions are mounted by glue or screwing.
And the application is terminated.
DIN CERTIFICATE PREDICTED TESTS:
1. IMPACT ABSORPTION AND POWER REDUCTION;
This test examines the reaction force exerted by the ground on the athlete's landing. The more a floor can destroy the impact on him, the more protective the ground is for the athlete. According to DIN 'stantarts, a sports floor must destroy at least 53% of the hits that come to him. In other words, it means that more than half of the blows to the athlete's body are destroyed by the ground.
2. MOUNTING AND DEFORMATION CONTROL:
This test checks whether the distribution of the deformation that occurs during the absorption of the impact applied by the athlete to the ground is within certain limits. The test is also an important factor in the selection of Basketball and Volleyball courts.
3.PRESSITY:
This test tests whether the floor is between certain coefficients of friction. According to DIN standards, these coefficients should be between 0.5 and 0.7. By increasing the strength, it can lead to injuries.
4.TOP TAB (REBOUND)
This test measures the amount of bounces of the sports ball from the ground, this amount should be at least 90% for better ball control.
5. ROUND LOAD:
This test measures whether the joints and finish of the parquet have sufficient strength. This measurement is made by rolling a 300 pound roller across the parquet.
Quality: 1.snf -2.snf
